The Bunnies are here!!!!!!

I have been busy with the Easter Special with my live bunnies...They are so cute...I have 4 this year. I get my bunnies from The Planthaber family. They are the best! There daughter Ariel is one of the best in the country for showing rabbits and is always winning awards at the county fair and through out Pennsylvania. This year I got a "Lionhead Bunny" ...I have never seen one before. He is so cute. Here are some of my favorite kids...well they are all my favorites. I love these sessions. We are going to give all the sessions fees for the Easter Special to the St. Jude's hospital. They are helping so many children and we wanted to help a little...every little bit helps right?? Thanks to Caden, Hunter,Kade,Sid,Carley,Madison, Kyler, Noah and Zach for being so gentle with the bunnies yesterday and today. I have a few more sessions Saturday and Tuesday and then it will be a wrap.

It's like a Pet Shop at Mjem's this past week!!

Well I have been busy...but I wanted to share a couple of my favorite sessions that I have been having. Last Saturday I had a great time getting to know Donna and her beautiful labs. There names were Scooter and Emma. Donna is really good with dogs...and they love her as you can see.

Southern Huntingdon Basketball Team!!!

Way to go girls! Great season for the "Rockets"
I didn't get to go to any of the games but I was following it in the Newspaper. I know Elaina Hummel...I was at the hospital with her Mom on the day she was born. What a basketball player she turned out to be. I do remember being at one of her first games ever...I think she was around 5 or so and some little boy was pushing her around...well that lasted one game I think!!! Anyway I know her family and have taken many photographs of them through the years... I can't wait to do Elaina's senior pictures this summer...along with her brothers Matt and Micheal...wow they are graduating college this spring...maybe Mom and Dad will let me do a family portrait...they are well past due!!! Again congratulations to the Lady Rockets.

Hiking on Sunday

Burgess and I went on a 6 mile hike on Sunday. It was fun and a great workout. We even stopped and made breakfast. Yummy! Dehydrated scrambled eggs with bacon and ham...it wasn't that bad really. And the coffee really hit the spot! We were on part of the Mid-State trail and some of the Shavers Creek trails to get to our destination...Jo Hays Vista...or the top of Pine Grove Mountain. The only problem we had is that I left my keys in Burgie's car down at Shavers Creek and my car was on the top!! Oh well...live and learn. A nice couple from Bellfonte gave Burgess a lift to his car while I stayed with the gear..It was a great day for hiking!!

SATURDAY-Last Home meet for HCC Gymnastic Team

The Huntingdon Community Center Gymnastics had their last home meet on Saturday. I really enjoyed watching it and I took a few candids of the senior girls. They were Esther Westover, Maggie Bennett, and Becka Kyper. All three girls did a great job. Thanks to coach, Rita Hollibaugh and assistant coach Tiffany States for working with these girls and guys. Maggie Bennett's Mom and I grew up together and are still best friends. We go WAY back!! I posted a few of the pictures of the girls and coaches. Congratulations and good luck next week!
